April Blissmo Box - Beauty, Bath and Body

I received my second Blissmo Box today, and this time I chose the Beauty, Bath and Body themed box, everything is completely natural or organic, some are vegan as well. Here's what I got:

 1. Episencial's Soothing cream for eczema, itches and bothered skin. .75oz
Retail price = 10.99  for 4oz.
My Value =  $2.06
My Initial thoughts: This would have been nice for the winter, since I don't get eczema in the summer. And it would be nice for mosquito season. We'll see if I even get around to trying this until the fall...

2. DermaE Natural Bodycare - Tropical Anti-Aging eye Creme .5oz
This looks like something I would use actually, so i'm happy with it.
I looks like this retails at around from $14-20, but i'm going to give it the lower price since that's what amazon sells it for. Also this is the full size.

 3. SanRe Organic Skincare 100% Organic Chocolate Lips Moisturizer. This looks like a chapstick, I haven't tried it yet but I will let you know how it works. I'm VERY picky about my chapsticks...so we'll see.
This is sold for $4.99 and is also full size.

 4. Wembe Amazonion Soul Chocolate Cleansing Blend soap bar - 3oz.
This looks really neat actually. I'm not into bars of soap, but I've been meaning to try one with caffeine in it to see if it actually does everything it's supposed to for skin - exfoliate, helps circulation for decreasing cellulose etc. And this is actually a very big bar.
This is the full size, and it costs at $7.50. Also, this company looks REALLY cute, you should check out their website if you're interested in soaps.

Total value of box = $28.55

So this was more than the $19 I spend on the box, however I'm a little disappointed that there are only 4 products. I would have rather had smaller samples and more of them. Granted 3 of the 4 are full size, so it's a pretty good deal. And the company's are natural and organic so i'm glad to be supporting them.

Has anyone else received their April Blissmo yet?

CellCeuticals Interactive Moisture Serum Review

So apparently my readers want more reviews! So that's what I'll do! :)

A few weeks ago I won a Facebook drawing from BeautyArmy (another great monthly subscription box for beauty products).  I won a full size CellCeuticals Interactive Moisture Serum that retails at $65 for 1.25oz which you can find/buy here.

This is what it states on their site:

What is it?

InterActive Moisture™ Serum2 with exclusive Aqua Protein™ Complex delivers the powerful action of two concentrated treatments that mimic the skin’s natural moisturizing system. This dual phase hydro-lipid formula is a silky, weightless serum with a potent infusion of poly-ceramides, essential lipids, peptides, and aquaporin moisture factors that provide immediate, long-lasting, and intense hydration for all skin types.

Now I know this seems pricey, so I'm glad I got to try it ahead of time. Because of the shape I thought that this was much more thatn 1.25oz. However because it's a dual chamber product (which I think is really neat) and had a hollow inside, it's a lot less than it seems.

I've yet to find a good moisturizer for my nighttime regime that doesn't feel greasy in the morning. Even when I try some and they may seem great and absorbent at the time, for some reason I'll still wake up with a greasy face.

This product is not like that! I honestly didn't think I would like it because it's a serum, but it goes on easily (and you barely need any) and moisturizes right away. Not only do I not feel any grease in the morning, the minute I put it on at night my face feels super soft!! I LOVE IT!

Pros:
- Absorbs immedietely
- Non greasy feeling
- Makes my face super soft!

Cons:
- It's a little too pricey for how much is in it...but I have a feeling that this will last me about a month if I use it every night.
- I sometimes find it's difficult to get an equal amount of both chamber solutions with one pump. This may not be too good at the end when I have some of one left and none of the other. But it really hasn't been a significant amount/difference.
- I have to remind myself to not use a full pump, otherwise I end up getting way to much and wasting it. Half a pump is enough.

Overall though, I LOVE IT. If I can't find a better item by the time I run out, i'll probably be buying this!

Grade: A+

The Look Bag - March

Hey beauty lovers! I'm back for another Look Bag review. I haven't tried everything yet so this will be a quick info post.  I wasn't too happy with this month's back since it's all geared towards skincare (and anti-aging ones at that).  I also wasn't very thrilled because the only makeup product was the full-size product, which would normally be great but it's a nude lip liner. I rarely use lip products let alone liners.

1. Indie Lee - Squaline Face Oil around (this bottle didn't have a size label)  Indie Lee's website says this is for diminishing fine lines and anti-aging
2. Cattiva Nude Lip Liner retails at $20 I will probably include this in my giveaway!
3. SheaTerra Rose Hips Black Soap 1oz. I'm excited for this sample, i've heard great things about it. And apparently Dr. Oz promotes it too :)
4. Glam Glow .24oz.  This is a mud mask, and smells great. I haven't tried it yet but i'm pretty excited to. However it will probably only last 2 applications
5. Frownies - this is ridiculous in my opinion. I can see that this is a good and respectable product, however everyone got one in their Look Bag this month regardless of what their age is. I'm 24 and there's no need for this.  If anyone is interested in this please let me know and I will add it to my giveaway (or just send it to you anyway!)

Was this worth $10? In my opinion no. Considering i'm only going to use 2 of the products and they're not even that big!

For those of you who are interest in joining, this was just MY bag. Others got different items (really neat hand made soaps and lip glosses and eye brow products). So there are very good things about the Look Bag, this bag just wasn't suitable for me since I don't wear lip liner or have aging skin right now!
